The company was founded in 2003, and incorporated in March 2005, initially trading from a small office in Ballyhackamore.

Serving mainly commercial clients, the company has steadily grown and in 2007 moved to purpose-built premises in Duncrue Street within the Docks area of Belfast.  We have worked with many repeat customers, construction partners and suppliers to successfully deliver services projects with a value of up to £5m. 

We are a trusted and respected company delivering services solutions across UK, Ireland and overseas for a wide range of sectors including Retail, Office, Industrial and Leisure.

EPR Studios, London

EPR Architects’ new London studio transforms a historic orphanage into a sustainable, award-winning workspace with a modern extension. It’s BREEAM “Excellent”, Net Zero Carbon, and winner of the 2024 RIBA London Award.

Paper Store, IWM Duxford

Sigmoid’s first leisure venue, this indoor golf centre in Sandyford, Dublin, combines café, retail, and cutting-edge Trackman tech for social play, leagues, and training. A mural by Kone. One celebrates sports stars from across the Sigmoid group.

Whiskey Museum, Belfast

Sheridan M&E delivered the services fit-out for a private Whiskey Museum, expanding the neighbouring “Friend in Hand” shop. Home to the world’s largest Irish whiskey collection, the space features bespoke joinery and subtle lighting to showcase rare bottles. A particularly rewarding project for a whiskey enthusiast.

Yellowmoon, Holywood 

Yellowmoon provide visual effects and postproduction services for feature films, television, commercials and immersive media projects.  The electrical and mechanical services were carefully designed to ensure a high level of acoustic performance in their state-of-the-art studios.
